Returns and Refunds

Please carefully read and understand the following:


Because of the nature of shipping live plants, we do not provide Returns and Refunds.


We do not offer Exchanges on any live plant or non plant item.


Returns on Non Plant Products:

You have seven (7) calendar days to return a non plant item(s) from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days , depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
